1. What is the difference of pure sine wave inverter and modified sine wave inverter.
- Modified sine wave inverter use less elaborate switching and filtering circuitry. When powering certain loads there would be electrical noises or interference The frequency and voltage to their outputs may vary and contain some noise and distortion. It can run some resistive load like light bulb ect but can not be used for inductive appliances.
- Pure sine wave inverter produces the pure sine wave power which is as good as the grid power, no electrical noises or intereference. Pure sine wave inverters have distinct advantage over modified sine wave inverters in terms of performance, power consumption.Choose pure sine wave inverter for the goodness and longevity of your appliances.
2. How to choose a suitable power of inverter?
- For resistive load (TV, computer, fans, lights, lamps, water heater) please choose inverter higher than its rated power. For example, for 800w cooker please choose 1000W inverter
- For inductive load ( refrigerator, A/C,pump,motor, compressor, pumps, microwave, washing machines and so on), there surge power can be 3-7 times higher. Please choose the power inverter with the power of 5-10 times or higher. For example, we would recommend 2000W inverter for 1 HP air-condition (735W).
3. Can I use this inverter with a 12v/24v/48v battery?
- No, this is a 36v inverter, cannot be used for 12v/24v/48v battery.
4. Can I use Connect this inverter in Parallel to afford higher load, for example connect 2x3000w inverter in parallel to build a 6000w Inverter.
- No, it can only be used signally and within 3000W ( its rated power range).
5. Does this inverter has a charger inside?
- No, this item only provides 36V to 120V conversion, don't have a built-in charger inside, cannot be used to charge your battery.
6. Can this inverter work with Lithium batteries?
- Yes, as long as its voaltage is within 30-45V.
